Not to worry.  At Studio in Essence, we offer a number of options to guide you through.
Option 1 – Twice a week program at Level 1 
Option 2 – Private Sessions
Option 3 – Combination of classes and privates
Why twice a week? 
Like anything, the more you practice, the better you get at it. You’ll see results faster at this rate and go through the learning curve much quicker. 
Why Studio in Essence?
We limit the number of people per class to keep the class sizes small. This allows for individual attention from the instructor who can modify the exercises depending on your needs. The instructor will make sure you are challenged and working in great form to keep you injury free. You can’t get the same attention or results from a video! 
When can I do Reformer?
Once you have completed the Mat Level 1 Program twice a week for 10 weeks, you can move on to Reformer 1. If you are taking personal training, you may start sooner based upon your goals.

How do I know what level I am?
Simply speak with one of the instructors and you can choose a class based upon that conversation. 
Try the class. Speak with the instructor afterwards to see how well it fit with your fitness level and goals.
