Pilates/Dance Schedule

Pole Dancing is the art of using a steel pole as a tool in artistic fitness and dance routines. You will learn how to perform moves and routines to an energizing soundtrack. Transitional moves on the pole have been created from many different forms of dance; from ballet to hip-hop, salsa to jazz, belly dance and gymnastics, mixed in with your own creative prowess, the limits are endless!

ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system!
