“For years I tried to work on strengthening my ab muscles without success. Within 2 sessions of pilates I could actually feel muscles in my abs (they were deep in the abs but they were there). I have been with Christy ever since. I like the selection of classes which offer a variety of exercises and keeps me from being bored while strengthening my core muscles. The convenience of the location of the studio is an added bonus, making it easy to go to classes at lunch time. Oh, I've also grown an inch in height due to the focus on proper posture.”
